Dendrobium Cochliodes

Salam....


Kak Yong nak habaq a very sad story lah sebenarnya.. Happen this morning. I've decided to work from home today, since my daughter's van driver for KAFA class tak boleh nak pick her up. So, seem like I have to her driver lah today..





Her KAFA class starts at 9.00 (8.50 gitu boleh la keluar). Tak jauh sangat pun.. tapi tak berani nak let her ride her bicyle on her own.. (different taman). Bahaya oooo.. Kang hilang plak anak dara cek! I have mtg with my US counterpart at 8.00. At around 7.40am, after selesai preparing breakfast & while waiting for my conference mtg, I decided nak jenguk2 taman orkid I kat depan tu...



Nak dijadikan cerita.. baby Kak Yong (si Laila - 6 months) sibuk nak suruh dukung.. So, sambil belek orkid, sambillah dukung si kecik. There's new bloom dendro yang I think I should ubah kedudukannya, sebelah tangan dukung baby, sebelah lagi sibuk re-arrange my orchid pots. For those yang rajin tanam orkid ni, kawasan pokok orkid tu selalunya crowded kan.. coz banyak pots..





Kak Yong ni, sambil susun pasu, dok membebel kat baby tak duduk diam.. tengok2, zassss... setangkai cochliodes ni, dah dok kat dalam genggaman dia.... Patah bunga Kak Yong dikerjakannya.. Cepat betul tangan dia menyambar.... Waaaaa..........haaaaaaaaaa sedih tak tau nak habaq.. dah more than a month dah bungta tu kembang... tup2 hari ni, dibotakkan anak bongsuku..



Dendrobium cochliodes ni, tangkai bunganya sangat panjang dan kerap berbunga.. Tu pasal senang sangat tangan si kecil tu menggapai..

Rasanya, this is part of horn-type dendrobium species...

Knock! Knock!

Pergh!!! What a nap... Long, very-very long nap! How fast time flies that you don't even realize it has been more than a year ...

Got few comments from my siblings...

My brother said : "Hish, Blog Orkid dah jadi blog cendawan @ kulat"

My sis said : "huk..huk... banyak nyer habuk ngan sawang"

Eventually, sorry to all followers.. Not that I have no more interest in blogging or orchids.. tak sempat da.. quite a number of events took place .. travellah.. delivery & confinement etc..

Oh! Yes! I am still collecting orchids. That hobby never dies.. I do have more collections by now.. InsyaAllah, will continue to find times for updates...
